Introduction to Sambongdodam

Jongno-dodam, Insa-dong Garlic Bossam, Namsan-dodam, Hyehwa-dodam, Sungrye-odam, Jongno Bansanghoe, Insa-dodam, Unjongga, Taekdaerine's newly opened kalguksu and boiled pork specialty store Sambongdodam. Sambongdodam is a kalguksu restaurant located in Insa-dong that specializes in warm kalguksu, spicy and sweet bibim kalguksu, and boiled pork based on chicken broth.

 

<Features of Sambongdodam>

Chewy noodles in chicken broth made with fresh ingredients airlifted in every morning and boiled for 8 hours to create a clean and rich flavor.
Makgeolli is provided free of charge at lunchtime, and unlimited rice is provided all day long! You will never have to leave the restaurant hungry.

The taste that calls for a glass of makgeolli when eaten with spicy and rich kimchi!
It is located right next to the Cheongjin Police Station on Ujeongguk-ro 45beon-gil next to Jogyesa Temple. It is a good course to stop by while sightseeing in Insa-dong, Jogyesa Temple, and Gwanghwamun!
All the ingredients used in kimchi are brought in fresh every morning and mixed with a special seasoning that has been aged for about 2 days. It is excellent when eaten with kalguksu and boiled pork, and the refreshing and spicy taste of dadegi made with soy sauce goes very well with kalguksu. Compared to the kalguksu you usually eat, the broth is soft and rich, so it is good to eat with rice.

 

Bossam: The taste that calls for a glass of soju when eaten with three sauces (garlic sauce, perilla sauce, green onion sauce) that come with a combination of moderate fat and tender meat! The taste that calls for a glass of makgeolli when eaten with spicy and rich kimchi! Sambongdodam uses only our easy-on ingredients to provide eco-friendly and clean food at a low price even in the city.
